IMM has been in the yacht refit and repair business since 2007, offering reassuring quality in project management across a range of non-traditional locations.
Our principals Fabrice Maitre and Jean-Michel Beron have been in the luxury yacht industry for over 25 years. Alongside the first-rate project management skills of Norina Edelman, they are a formidable team to initiate a new era of superyacht refit and repair in the Caribbean region.

OUR LOCATION
Our Guadeloupe base is in the heart of the Caribbean, just 40nm south of Antigua, 130nm from St Maarten and 300nm north of St Vincent and the Grenadines. Our secure facilities include a 200m ISPS-compliant alongside dock for larger vessels, deep-water berths and a locally based floating dock for hull work on superyachts up to 55m.
Our Guadeloupe HQ has onsite facilities for crew including a concierge service and bar-restaurant, and it is just 15 minutes’ drive from the international airport, which offers five direct flights per day to Paris.
