Our Story
Since IMM’s story began in 2007, its unique service offering has powerfully grown.The company was built on a foundation of technical know-how, laser focus, authenticity and strong organization.
Founders Fabrice Maitre and Norina Edelman have worked tirelessly to realize their ambition to create a full-service refit yard in the Caribbean. When their first yard in Guadeloupe opened, word quickly spread among Captains and Management that there was finally a reliable refit solution available in the region.
Driven by the demand for such high-quality services, IMM has experienced consistent year-on-year growth. Today, in addition to its original site in Guadeloupe, IMM can be found in St. Maarten and Puerto Rico. The company has also launched a remote service, IMM A.WAY, offering refit and maintenance solutions where and when you need it.
