Atlantic Refit Center by IMM is a dedicated superyacht refit and repair facility located in La Rochelle on the French Atlantic Coast, strategically positioned between Bordeaux and Saint-Nazaire. Established in 2006, ARC has built a strong reputation within the superyacht industry for handling complex refit and conversion projects with flexibility, efficiency, and technical expertise. From 1 June 2026, International Marine Management (IMM) officially took over the operations of the shipyard, bringing its internationally recognised project management expertise and boutique client experience back to France where it all began.

Based within a fully secured ISPS area, Atlantic Refit Center benefits from direct 24/7 access through the only deep-sea port on the French Atlantic Coast, accessible with up to 8 metres draft.

IMM’s experienced team will oversee each project with a hands-on and transparent approach, coordinating trusted subcontractors, planning, quality control, and technical execution from start to finish.

Marrying the strength of ARC’s existing infrastructure with IMM’s spirit and values will create a unique client experience in terms of flexibility, quality and transparency. We are excited to operate a European shipyard that will allow us to give every client a bespoke experience.

The facility features two dry docks (176m and 107m), a 250-ton travel lift, cranes up to 150 tons, 300 metres of afloat repair docks, and 2,000m² of hard-standing space, providing the infrastructure required for complex, large-scale refit and conversion projects.
