Arnaud Rambaud
Arnaud Rambaud, is the Site Director at IMM Guadeloupe.
He brings a strong combination of yacht design expertise, offshore sailing experience, and a deep connection to the Caribbean.
Originally from mainland France, Arnaud began his career at Marc Lombard Yacht Design in La Rochelle, where he worked on Class40 racing yachts. He later contributed to the development of the Sodebo Ultim hydrofoil trimaran in Lorient, gaining valuable experience at the forefront of high-performance yacht design and engineering.
His passion for offshore racing eventually brought him across the Atlantic to Guadeloupe, where he competed in the Mini Transat, the renowned solo transatlantic sailing race. What began as a racing journey quickly became something more permanent, as Arnaud and his family fell in love with the island and decided to make Guadeloupe home.
Today, as Site Director of IMM Guadeloupe, Arnaud brings that same passion for the sea together with his technical background and first-hand understanding of the needs of yachts operating in the region. He leads the Guadeloupe facility and team, supporting owners, captains, and crews with IMM’s full range of shipyard and technical services.
From racing across the Atlantic to now helping superyachts navigate their time in the Caribbean, Arnaud’s journey is a natural reflection of IMM Guadeloupe’s connection between expertise, the ocean, and the region we call home.
